The opportunity
We're seeking professionals with a passion for data to join our established and growing Pricing and Analytics team for the Automotive Protection Division on a full time, 12 months fixed term basis. This an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or continue their career within the insurance industry, and who want to join a team of experienced and supportive colleagues.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for analysing data, producing top-tier business MI and reporting, and collaborating with key business units to enhance efficiency and standardize processes. As part of this fast-paced and forward-thinking team, you’ll also help resolve challenges, ensure data integrity, and lead the charge in implementing critical business changes.

Main responsibilities:
Develop pricing and reporting for the AP Portfolio, supporting decision-making.
Partner with underwriters to forecast performance and assist in pricing strategies.
Monitor and check the accuracy of internationally received data, ensuring smooth reporting.
Analyse existing claims and use forecasting techniques to project future claims.
Communicate data insights to stakeholders, supporting them in making informed decisions.
Analyse quote conversions from our digital business to improve outcomes.
Design and enhance reporting tools that drive business insights and decisions.
Assist in developing commercial propositions through analytics, research, and collaboration.
Support the resolution of business problems, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
Develop and implement analytical models to support fraud detection, growth, and performance improvement.
Ensure data integrity across systems, supporting compliance and minimizing risks.
Work closely with the analyst manager to identify and deliver key analytical opportunities.
Collaborate across functions, including with clients, senior stakeholders, and various business teams.
About You

As a Senior Analyst within our dynamic Pricing and Analytics team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Automotive Protection Division. This is your chance to dive into cutting-edge data, uncover new insights, and drive smarter pricing strategies for GAP and Warranty products.
Skills you'll need:
Experience in MS Office, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to transform data into impactful insights.
Background in data modeling and programming (R, Scala, Python, SAS), and a good understanding of machine learning and Data Science.
Expert in pricing analysis, underwriting, and applying statistical models to drive business decisions.
Skilled at defining customer requirements, solving complex problems, and delivering tailored solutions.
Adaptable in fast-paced environments, with a natural ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for presenting data clearly and effectively.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on key goals.
