Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst/Associate to join our high-performing Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) team in New York City. Key Responsibilities:
Deal Execution & Underwriting
Analyze client materials including financials, leases, entitlement agreements, and market data.Underwrite complex real estate transactions and prepare detailed Offering Memorandums.Attend property tours and support regional executions.Maintain marketing lists, track outreach, record investor/leader feedback.Manage document flow — NDAs, due diligence files, data rooms, and Q&A logs.Lead /Participate in weekly marketing calls, maintain status reports and quote matrices.Client & Team Collaboration
Work directly with clients and senior team members to support pitches, presentations, and strategic initiatives.Create custom decks and materials under tight deadlines for client meetings and proposals.Prepare transaction case studies for marketing and BD efforts.Research & Financial Modeling
Conduct market research and data analysis using internal and external sources.Build and audit financial models using Excel and Argus Enterprise.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Argus and Excel modeling.Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
