Senior Analyst is an experienced analyst leading the execution of US Valuation & Advisory requests by providing on-time, high-quality analyses. Senior Analysts will perform analysis activities such as the creation and auditing of Argus models and will be responsible for translating analysis findings into high-level summaries for requestor reviews.Job Description
About The Role:
Review the executed financial analysis and modeling requests and ensure adherence to quality and timeliness standards.Analyze lease documents to extract pertinent details for creating the Argus Cash Flow model and prepare lease abstracts.Audit existing financial models for accuracy and validity of assumptions and collaborate with the onshore team to finalize these assumptions.Communicate with the onshore team to clarify the request scope and review analysis findings.Identify and address any missing or unclear information to ensure precise analysis.Present findings clearly and effectively, address questions and make prompt and accurate revisions as needed.Lead onshore communications and calls.Assist and mentor Analysts to support their professional growth.Monitor and develop a strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and industry trends.About You:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred5-8 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling within Commercial Real EstateProficiency with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools (e.g., Rockport Val) required.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft ExcelStrong command of English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with onshore team membersExcellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracyCapability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
