Senior Analyst - Aetna Interoperability

Position Summary:

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Interoperability Office team and oversee the vendor management and data monitoring activities for our expanding programs around Interoperability, Strategic Platforms, Transparency in Coverage, and No Surprises Act.  Reporting to a Lead Director of the Interoperability Office Command Center, with operational alignment to a Senior Manager, this role involves the management of vendor invoicing and payments, as well as the data monitoring and management of the IO program.  You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure payments are made on time, adherence to contracts, and quality levels are maintained.    

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Invoice Tracking: monitoring the status of invoices and ensure invoices are delivered, track their status, and simplify the collection process to keep finances in order

Create POs: ensuring purchase orders are timely, accurate, and complete

Invoice validation: verifying accuracy of invoices, process payments, and ensure historical accuracy.

Vendor Quality and adherence:  ensuring vendor data quality is meeting contract standards and requirements

Monitors and Controls of Vendor Data: enforcing controls and monitors in place to ensure timely and accurate delivery of clinical data from vendors

Vendor Reporting: maintaining monthly reporting for vendor performance and adherence

Ariba Management: monitoring and tracking of purchase orders and payments in Ariba

Issue resolution and Process Improvement:  contributing and supporting the organization’s process to resolve post-production issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:                                                                                                                        

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel and spreadsheets)Basic problem-solving and communication skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detailExperience working in databases.3-5 years experience of vendor management or vendor payment operations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with SQL Experience working in AribaExperience managing Purchase Orders and Payments

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
