Position Summary:

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Interoperability Office team and oversee the IT release management activities for our expanding programs around Interoperability, Strategic Platforms, Transparency in Coverage, and No Surprises Act.  Reporting to the Lead Director of the Interoperability Office Command Center, with operational oversight from a Senior Manager, this role involves the management of release notes for multiple products, coordination of business sign off and approval, and overall monitoring of release schedule.  You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that impacts to product releases are communicated and approved. 

Key Responsibilities:

Release Note Tracking: monitoring product release note schedule and ensure stakeholders are aware of release schedules

Meeting coordination and notes: tracking deliverables and next steps for product release activities

SME coordination: coordinating cross functional team participation in product releases

Business approval process: tracking business activities and approvals for product releases

Communication and Training: managing the communication and training around product release cycles and schedules

Issue resolution and Process Improvement:  contributing and supporting the organization’s process to resolve post-production issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel and spreadsheets)Basic problem-solving and communication skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detailExperience working in databases.3-5 years of product life cycle management and or release not managementProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with IT Product deployment and implementation

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
