About the Role:
Lead comprehensive market research and develop forward-looking analyses on real estate trends, pricing movements, demand drivers, and competitive landscapesProduce high-quality market reports, insights briefs, and client-ready presentations that influence strategic recommendationsManage complex data sets, ensuring accuracy in gathering, validating, and interpreting market and financial informationConduct feasibility studies, scenario modeling, and investment analyses to support brokers and advisory leadersPartner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic insights during pitches, client meetings, and business development initiativesMonitor regulatory changes, economic indicators, and industry movements to anticipate market shifts and provide proactive guidanceMentor junior analysts and contribute to improving research methods and analytical frameworksAbout You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with proven experience interpreting complex market and financial dataHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau), and research toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leaders and clientsStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience supporting senior commercial teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deliverables, and drive high-quality outputs with minimal supervisionWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
