Job Description
As a Senior Analyst in the OTC team, you will take on a leadership role within the assigned OTC department, leveraging expertise in key operational areas such as AR/AP/FP&A/Accounting. You will work with minimal supervision to develop business metrics, lead high-visibility initiatives, and drive operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical, program management, and change management skills to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to meet or exceed defined KPIs for the OTC department.Define, assess, and track business and operational metrics, ensuring alignment with objectives.Drive business case development, challenge assumptions, and provide insights on performance trends.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Identify and implement opportunities for improved cash flow, margin optimization, and productivity gains.Manage and resolve operational escalations, performing in-depth root cause analysis and executing long-term solutions.Essential SkillsAdvanced problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to operational challenges.Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics capabilities.Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable results.Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.3+ years of full cycle accounting experience (JE, GL, AP, AR).Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.Additional Skills & QualificationsInformation systems or additional systems experience is very helpful - SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.Working with large data sets using Alteryx, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, SAP, Oracle.7+ years of experience in shared services, finance, or a related analytical role.7+ years of experience applying financial performance indicators (KPIs) in analyses.7+ years of experience leading continuous improvement projects with quantifiable results.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
