Senior Analyst – IT Product Support

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Support team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days in office.

Senior Analyst – IT Product Support

Provide high quality support to the Operations business across the Pacific Region to enable the delivery of administration services to Operations clients.

We will count on you to:

Provide end-to-end application support by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex system issues.Manage incidents and problems, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to provide timely updates and best practices.Monitor, maintain, and configure applications to ensure stability and optimal performance.Collaborate with business units, Service Desk, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality support.Maintain ServiceNow queues, prepare service reports, and update knowledge base documentation.Support project implementations and provide on-call assistance when required.• Provide end-to-end application support by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex system issues.Manage incidents and problems, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to provide timely updates and best practices.Monitor, maintain, and configure applications to ensure stability and optimal performance.Collaborate with business units, Service Desk, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality support.Maintain ServiceNow queues, prepare service reports, and update knowledge base documentation.Support project implementations and provide on-call assistance when required.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.3 to 5 years of Level 2/Level 3 application support experience.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with application configuration, deployment, and support.Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting (Oracle/SQL Server).Familiarity with Windows/Unix environments and basic networking concepts.Willingness to work AU business hours(6am/7am) and provide on-call support when required
