The Walmart Contact Center specializes in providing best-in-class service to customers, stores, and associates via phone, chat, email. Position Summary
The Real Time Analyst will have front line responsibility as the face of WFM in support of operational stakeholders and provide key insights into the business. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver Service Level for customers, drive labor optimization, analyze trends, manage WFM projects, and implement best practices in workforce management ensuring efficient operations and delivering best in class service.
What you’ll do:
Analyze labor data and business trends to optimize staffing levels and improve productivity. Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance teams to align labor plans with business objectives. Manage outage procedures and communications across cross-functional teams to recover and maintain system stability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service levels, staffing/labor efficiency, and cost control. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and staffing guidelines. Prepare and present reports on workforce metrics and recommendations to leadership.What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field (preferred). 4 years to 8 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with WFM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Keen attention to detail while managing several business lines. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
