Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management - Facility-to-Facility

**Position Summary...**
This role serves as a Senior Analyst within the Facility-to-Facility team, focused on supporting inbound transportation operations. The analyst will report directly to the Manager responsible for the Planning and Data pillar, playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
**What you'll do...**
+ Analyze and optimize facility-to-facility transportation operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
+ Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decisions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
+ Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic transportation planning and execution.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex transportation-related issues.
**What you’ll bring:**
+ Data analysis and interpretation skills to extract insights from complex data sets.
+ Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve transportation-related issues.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
+ Proficiency in data visualization tools and software to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
+ 3+ years of experience with advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.
+ Previous experience in supply chain/transportation roles
+ Experience presenting to key stakeholders, including leadership, with clear and confident communication
**You’ll sweep us off our feet if:**
+ Background in automation and dashboard creation using tools such as VBA, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to drive data visibility and process efficiency
+ Solid understanding of import operations, consolidation strategies, and intermodal transportation, with experience optimizing global supply chain flows

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
