🧾 Job Requisition: Senior Analyst – Supplier to Serve (Procurement)

🧠 Role Overview
This role supports the U.S.-based Tax Regulatory Reporting team by executing operational tasks related to Unclaimed Property (UCP) and 1099 compliance, while maintaining high standards of customer service, accuracy, and timeliness. The candidate will work independently after receiving clear direction and will be expected to manage multiple inboxes and respond to inquiries both internally and externally.

✅ Key Responsibilities to possibly include but are not limited to:
• Review and respond to emails regarding regulatory reporting (internal and external).
• Process tasks related to 1099 compliance, including W-8/W-9 and CA 587/590 form reviews.
• Support unclaimed property workflows including Oracle ticket resolution, WAVE requests, and recovery of unclaimed funds.
• Provide real-time feedback on UCP and 1099 data.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and validation of W-8/W-9 forms.
• Escalate issues and assist in resolution tracking.
• Maintain trackers and inboxes for state-specific reporting and bottle deposit variances.
• Support audit preparation and document retrieval.

🎓 Preferred Experience
• Data analysis and customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Technology, or related field OR 1+ year experience in regulatory reporting.
• Candidate would stand out if they have familiarity with Walmart’s internal workflow systems, especially WAVE.
