Job overview and responsibilities
Core Purpose: Provide analytical rigor and strategic decision support to US-based leaders by sizing opportunities, evaluating initiatives, and delivering clear, insight-driven recommendations through strong asynchronous partnership.
Analytical & Technical Skills
Advanced SQL skills with ability to independently extract, validate, and reconcile operational datasetsExperience building automated dashboards (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) with minimal manual upkeepExperience automating data workflows using Power AutomateStrong analytical modeling skills (scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, trade-off evaluation)Ability to work with incomplete or imperfect data and clearly document assumptionsComfort operating across multiple data sources (ops, CX, financial, policy)

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the airline or logistics industryProficiency in data analysis tools and softwareStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsMust be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
