**Job Description:**
_We’re looking for a_ **_Senior Analyst, Risks and Controls_** _to join Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support the process, risk and control identification and documentation for business units in all Asian jurisdictions and North America._

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ This role reports to the Assistant Manager of Risk and Controls - Integrated Approach Program.
+ Support the process, risk and control identification and documentation for business units in all Asian jurisdictions and North America. Specific duties include but not limited to:
+ Lead assigned engagements to document risks and control procedures in Archer (GRC tool) that address identified compliance risks to assist in audit and regulatory preparation.
+ Maintain good working relationship with the process owners/stakeholders by consistent communication and timely coordination of activities, to ensure that the engagement is executed properly, and concerns are addressed on timely manner.
+ Support the Integrated Approach Program's objectives and goals to effectively fulfill its mandates by working on other projects or tasks assigned by our stakeholder.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience and Knowledge** : At least 1-2 years of experience in audit, risk, compliance reviews, and assessments, with strong knowledge in risk management, internal control, and audit principles.
+ **Educational Background** : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
+ **Skills** : Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Visio; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
+ **Interpersonal and Adaptability Skills** : Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple tasks before strict deadlines, and adapt to change while maintaining an understanding of cultural diversity.
+ **Collaboration and Initiative** : Team-oriented with the ability to maintain good working relationships with process owners/stakeholders and support the objectives of the Integrated Approach Program through effective engagement and communication.
