JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Under general supervision, applies analytics and reporting methods to the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise reporting solutions. This role also supports project coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reporting work is well-organized, clearly defined, and delivered accurately. The Senior Analyst helps bring structure to reporting efforts and serves as a liaison between analytics, business partners, and IT.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Creates reports to meet user and regulatory requirements using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and related reporting toolsWrites, maintains, and reviews SQL queries and database stored proceduresSupports data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activitiesDevelops and maintains documentation including best practices, lessons learned, release notes, and design or data definition documentsAssists with organizing, tracking, and prioritizing reporting requests and enhancementsPartners with IT and other technical teams to clarify requirements, coordinate development, and support handoffsProvides peer review and unit testing support for reports and queriesMaintains SharePoint sites and reporting documentation repositoriesSuccessfully completes training courses set forth by the Analytics team managerPerforms other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and Analytics ManagerJOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceRequired Experience
2-3 years’ experience SSRS report developmentStrong knowledge of SQLFamiliar with relational database concepts, and client-server conceptsPreferred Experience
Experience in healthcare, Medicare, or other regulated reporting environmentsExperience coordinating reporting or analytics work across business and IT teamsDemonstrated project management or organizational experience (intake tracking, prioritization, timelines, documentation)Experience supporting or managing recurring operational and regulatory reportsFamiliarity with data platforms such as SQL Server, Databricks, or similar technologiesExperience improving reporting processes, documentation standards, or workflow organizationTo all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.

Pay Range: $60,415 - $117,809 / ANNUAL
