Senior Analyst, Marketing Planning and Strategy - SEO

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SEO Analyst to join our Marketing team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing SEO for the Spark Driver website, landing page campaigns, and blog posts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic. Collaborate with the Communications team to create SEO landing pages and blog posts targeting specific audiences. Monitor and report on SEO analytics to track SEO performance and make data-driven decisions. Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports, including an expanded keyword list to track competitors and monitor progress. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve SEO strategies. Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues impacting search engine rankings. Optimize website architecture and structure to improve crawlability and indexability. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and SEO vendors. 

 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field, OR equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and content optimization. 3+ years of experience in local SEO and multilingual sites, particularly in the Spanish language, is preferred. Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficient in using SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, SEOClarity, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Drupal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
