Senior Analyst, FP&A – Finance Shared Services

Position Summary

As an FP&A Senior Analyst, you will support the expense management within CVS Health’s Shared Services (SS) Finance Organization. Reporting into the SS Finance FP&A Manager, you will be an integral member of the SS Finance team and will work cross-functionally with Finance leaders and other Finance teams to successfully manage, plan, and report on expenses. 

Required Qualifications

3 or more years of experience in an FP&A, Accounting or related experience     2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel.

Accounting background and/or work experienceKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesExperience with SAP ERP products, Anaplan, and/or Analytics for ExcelExperience performing trend and variance analysis1 or more years working closely with leadership/senior managementProactive and self-motivated to complete tasks independently within agreed upon timelinesFlexible to changing team needs and receptive to process and system impStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
