Senior Analyst, Employment Authorization and Onboarding - Project Management

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary:** The Senior Analyst, HR Shared Services, Employment Authorization and Onboarding will play a key role on the team. This role will perform project management (audits, onboarding, implementation of system processes to align to new laws and to create efficiencies), data analysis and creating proposals for continual enhancements to keep up with changing business needs. Additional tasks include: + Support all aspects of project implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation and deployment + Provide end user support to ensure accurate use of system + Possess functional expertise of Workday and HR data to consult with business partners on current use, system updates and user support + Support system upgrades and projects from a HR functional perspective as a business and systems analyst + Create test planning, and execute user acceptance testing with IT, vendor, stakeholders and HR business partners + Required to understand HR information requests with an ability to present your finding to a diverse audience using data driven analysis + Analysis of business/HR requirements to provide solutions via appropriate medium (Report, Scorecard, Dashboard etc.) + Pro-actively contribute to projects connected with HR data, and system development + Seek to continuously enhance solutions to keep up with the changing needs of the business **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle (requirements through hyper care) project management experience + Minimum of 1 year of experience in data handling + Solid understanding of MS Office tools + Experience in creating and presenting data driven recommendations to leaders **Preferred Qualifications:** + Minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience with Workday + Data analytics or Project Management certification or coursework + HR Project full life-cycle work experience **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
