Senior Analyst, Employment Authorization and Onboarding

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary:** The Senior Analyst, HR Shared Services, Employment Authorization and Onboarding will play a key role on the team. This role will perform audits, data analysis and creating proposals for continual enhancements to keep up with changing business needs. All activities are performed with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. The Senior Analyst is expected to engage frequently with internal Legal and Compliance resources to maintain process documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company policy with the aim to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and protect company assets. The Senior Analyst must be organized and can work within established timelines and service level agreements. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for reporting metrics related to project, and areas of opportunity. Summary of Responsibilities: + Management of multiple incumbent rescreening projects + Audit preparation and facilitation (internal, external, Primary Source Verification for URAC, I-9 Department of Labor) + Special processes (e.g., Florida AHCA fingerprinting) + Regular communication regarding delays, breaches, and system updates + SNOW tickets via Service Now related to drug and background check status + Ensure timely completion of audits, reporting, and case resolutions + Conduct all activities with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, while maintaining service levels, and delivering a seamless service experience **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling background and I-9 compliance audits + Solid understanding of MS Office tools + Experience in creating and presenting data driven recommendations to leaders + Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with shifting priorities, work independently + Strong attention to detail and follow through **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Workday, Certiphi, E-Verify audits + Experience with high volume drug/background vendor and I-9 vendor + Experience with special processes (e.g., Florida AHCA fingerprinting) **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
