Senior Analyst, Card Delivery Experiences

American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a leader in supporting small business owners and larger companies with products and services to help them run and grow their businesses. The US Small Business and Middle Market segment (SME - Small and Medium Enterprise) is the largest GCS customer segment, with tremendous growth momentum, and continues to be a key area of investment and focus for our company. 

American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending and Co-Brand cards and Small Business Banking Products.   

The GCS Small Business Marketing team drives marketing across the full Card Member lifecycle for US Small Business card and non-card products. The Senior Analyst, Card Delivery Experiences will be part of Membership Onboarding team and will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all card delivery marketing experiences. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, high-visibility assets that shape first impressions for Card Members and drive engagement into digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Own end-to-end creative and operational management of card delivery experiences, collaborating closely across card products, internal & external creative agencies, global card issuance (GCI), direct marketing excellence (DME), servicing, and enterprise digital experiences (EDX).Oversee and document all workflow logistics inclusive of print and production timelines, inventory, budget and fulfillment processes, while identifying opportunities for operational optimizations and efficiencies.Develop and launch assets as part of product refreshes and other customer marketing initiatives across all card delivery experiences including premium unboxing experiences.Drive executional rigor and operational excellence while flawlessly delivering high impact experiences in a highly visible and logistically complex environment.Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead and facilitator of weekly forums across partners. Collaborate with Consumer and Corporate counterparts to share best practices and identify new opportunities.Build and leverage strong cross-functional relationships to influence outcomes across teams.Manage engagement reporting & tracking, develop trend analysis and insights to help build a learning agenda to drive innovation and elevated customer experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree required2–3 years of experience in prospect/customer marketing, operations, and/or intensive, highly logistical program managementProven experience planning, managing, and communicating the details of multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing compliance and approval processesAbility to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholdersSelf-starter comfortable operating in high-visibility and operationally complex initiativesStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with high attention to detail

 Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in print and/or direct mail marketingStrong understanding of the direct marketing landscapeExperience managing agencies or external partnersProven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHands-on experience in creating, managing, and QA’ing tracking URLs to ensure accurate performance measurement and reporting

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
