Senior Analyst, Business Enablement

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Business Enablement team in Hyderabad, India. This role serves as a critical bridge between our accounting operations and strategic project execution. You will be the central hub for our project pipeline, responsible for managing the intake process in JIRA and meticulously gathering all necessary requirements to ensure our initiatives are well-defined and ready for success.
Leveraging your strong foundation in accounting principles, you will create and own essential documentation, such as Journal Entry Flows (JE) and post-project operating models. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be vital as you serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment and clarity across the organization. While your primary focus will be on operational excellence and requirements management, you will also have the opportunity to take the lead on managing smaller, high-impact projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is someone with Accounting background, a proactive problem-solver with a passion for process optimization who thrives on bringing structure to complex initiatives.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
1. Apply working knowledge of accounting principles to understand financial implications of projects and support relevant stakeholders.
2. Assist with financial tracking and reporting related to quarterly reports as needed.
3. Create and maintain $100 Journal Entry flows, post-project operating models, playbooks, and runbooks for net new partnerships, market launches, LOB creation, and Entity creation, to ensure repeatability and governance.
4. Oversee the JIRA intake pipeline, help desk operations, and reporting. Develop automations for reporting, workflows, and requirements tracking to reduce manual effort and improve visibility.
5. Actively track and manage the timely collection of all project requirements for initiatives within the business funnel.
6. Proactively identify potential roadblocks to requirement gathering and work to mitigate them.Maintain a centralized and organized repository of project requirements.
7. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment:
**Operational Support:**
1. Provide day-to-day operational support to the business enablement function, assisting with various administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
2. Prepare documentation for successful implementation of monthly stakeholder meetings, track value realization, Change Management (creating project playbooks, newsletter, ongoing stakeholder updates and Go-live announcements).
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
**Project Management:**
1. Occasionally take on project management responsibilities for smaller CAO lead initiatives, from intake through execution without disruption to BAU operations.
2. This includes developing project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

**What the Candidate Will Need**
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 6+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role (e.g., General Ledger Accountant, Financial Operations Analyst, Accounting Process Analyst).
3. Direct, hands-on experience with the end-to-end Journal Entry (JE) process, including system flows, sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliation, approvals, and controls.
4. High proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data manipulation, reconciliation, and analysis.
5. Experience supporting accounting-related projects, such as process improvements, system enhancements, or audit readiness initiatives.
