What you’ll do
·Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources to solve business problems, predict behaviors, and identify patterns.
·Apply advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to support decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
·Build, test, and validate predictive models and business cases, ensuring real-world accuracy and impact.
·Develop and deliver impactful visualizations—dashboards, reports, and charts—that clearly communicate insights to business partners.
·Advise and collaborate with business leaders, translating data findings into strategic recommendations that drive business direction.
·Lead moderate-sized analytics projects or workstreams, operating autonomously and interacting frequently with senior leadership.
What you’ll need
·Advanced proficiency with relational databases (such as Oracle or MySQL) and data warehouse platforms (like Snowflake or Databricks Delta Lake).
·Hands-on experience with big data analytics and visualization tools, including Azure, Power Automate, Tableau, Power BI (DAX), Databricks, and Palantir
·Strong command of statistical methods and predictive modeling, such as linear/logistic regression and time series analysis.
·Ability to develop, test, and validate complex models using real-world data samples.
·Experience building business cases and integrating analytics into business processes.
·Skill in creating engaging visualizations and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
·Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Physics.
·3+ years of hands-on analytics experience, applying advanced statistical methods and building business cases.
·Certification in advanced analytics or a related discipline may be required for some roles.
·Demonstrated ability to lead projects, operate independently, and engage with senior leadership.
