The Tower Strategy Data Analytics Team has evolved, increasingly utilizing more advanced technology designed for analysis and reporting as the requirements of our clients have exceeded the capabilities of traditional methods. To manage and meet this demand a higher level of technical skill as well as an increased ability to manage client relationships and drive business decisions is critical to accomplish business unit goals.

As a Senior Advanced Analytics, you will be responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources including datalakes, internal/external data, data warehouses, etc. Uses predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the appropriate data to be analyzed to explain or predict behavior, solve a variety of business problems, and build business cases.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Insights

Build predictive models and uncover actionable insights to solve business challenges

Apply advanced statistical techniques and AI/ML methods to improve operations and reduce costs

Reporting & Automation

Develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and tools using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively

Automate reporting processes to streamline data delivery

BI SME & Mentorship

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BI tools and infrastructure

Mentor team members and foster a culture of data-driven excellence

What You’ll Bring

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, and R

Required Experience:

3-5 years’ experience

Desired Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics preferred

Our Senior Advanced Analytics earns between $106,100 - $178,200 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
