Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven professional to support our business services operations through a unique blend of administrative, financial, and quality assurance responsibilities. This role requires a strong foundation in financial reporting, Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance, data accuracy, and process oversight—paired with technical aptitude and hands-on testing experience to ensure seamless operational and customer-facing system performance. Responsibilities
+ Manage financial tracking, reporting, and analysis for the Business Services team.
+ Maintain accurate and compliant records, ensuring all financial transactions adhere to Sarbanes‑Oxley standards.
+ Support budget, variance, and cost tracking activities and assist with month‑end close procedures.
+ Oversee master data creation and financial accounting related to catastrophic insurance claims.
+ Serve as a primary liaison for risk management, coordinating claim discussions between internal teams and insurance adjusters using PALMS.
+ Perform periodic administrative tasks including limited accounts payable, inventory support, and indicator tracking.
+ Ensure timely retrieval, compilation, and organization of records to support audits and operational needs.
+ Own the full application testing lifecycle for internal and external systems, including end‑to‑end user acceptance testing (UAT).
+ Execute test scripts with precision; accurately identify, document, and validate defects.
+ Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues in real time and support root cause analysis.
+ Develop a strong working knowledge of the technical solutions being delivered—becoming the subject matter expert for your assigned workstream.
+ Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and customer experience.
Essential Skills
+ Strong financial reporting and compliance experince.
+ Experience with SOX compliance and risk assessment.
+ Hands-on QA or application testing experience for a minimum of 3 years.
+ Experience in administrative, financial support, records management, or SOX compliance for 11–15 years.
+ Exceptional cross-department communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to manage complex workflows and work with multiple stakeholders.
+ High level of accuracy, organization, and accountability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ SAP experience preferred.
+ Exposure to Agile development methodologies ideal.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
