Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination and support of department and project activities to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met.
Manage individual leader(s)/team calendars and meeting logistics, including scheduling across multiple time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring compliance with policies and alignment with meeting schedules and priorities.
Create, submit, and track expense reports, ensuring travel purposes are properly documented and expenses comply with company policy.
Support ad hoc requests, team initiatives, and small projects.
Research, respond, and resolve questions regarding department processes and policies.
Collaborate with other functional areas to quickly resolve issues and accomplish responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree; or 3-5 years of work experience.
Strong knowledge and application of Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Experience coordinating complicated travel, both domestic and international.
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and success in working across multiple teams, offices, and time zones.
Ability to anticipate business needs, prioritize independently, multi‑task, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities while supporting multiple people.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with multiple teams and individuals at various professional levels and locations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
Experience with administrative programs: Ariba Buyer, Concur, etc.
Financial services industry experience is favorable and/or basic level of understanding of the financial markets would be beneficial.
This role will be based onsite at our Boston office for 4 days per week with the option to work from home 1 day per week.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $58,000 - $62,500 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
