This position provides comprehensive administrative support for the management of an assigned business unit. The role offers exposure to dialogue with various colleagues, departments, and customers both nationally and internationally. The primary responsibilities include assisting the General Manager and Lead Team with projects, meetings, announcements, and calendar management.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate administrative office management with minimal direction.Align and assist departments with recruitment, including candidate and interview scheduling.Manage visitor arrangements, tours, meeting agendas, dinner arrangements, and miscellaneous requests.Maintain the Visitors Log.Support the Supply Chain with inventory data entry and assistance.Establish work orders as needed.Arrange travel for recruitment, including airfare, hotel, lodging, and transportation.Support the site with travel policies.Maintain office supplies for the department and reconcile Purchasing and Travel & Expense reports monthly.Perform monthly safety audits.Handle data entry, storage, and logging of Gowning Qualifications.Communicate pertinent information to the site via emails, postings, and other formats.Manage locker assignments, tags, and maintenance.Serve as the site contact for Micro Market.Maintain distribution lists and add new employees to the site.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience providing executive-level support.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.Strong attention to detail and high work standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Ability to understand business information and interact with personnel across various departments.Ability to make independent and professional decisions.Excellent telephone skills.Dependability in meeting deadlines and managing confidential information.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience may be substituted.Working experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.Initiative-taker and able to work independently.Work EnvironmentThis role involves interaction with individuals from the immediate work area as well as contacts outside the department. The environment is dynamic, requiring the ability to obtain or provide information requiring explanation or interpretation. The position demands professionalism and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
