Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to support accounts receivable operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on high-volume billing, cash application, deductions management, and collections while partnering closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to support accurate revenue reporting and strong cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer account maintenanceResearch and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, and pricing discrepancies common in manufacturing environmentsReconcile customer accounts and analyze aging reports to drive timely collections and reduce past-due balancesSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and audit supportPartner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve billing issues related to pricing, promotions, returns, and freightMaintain accurate records in accordance with internal controls and company policies

Qualifications

4+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably within manufacturing or adjacent industriesStrong understanding of high-volume billing, deductions, and collections processesExperience with ERP systemsProficiency in Excel for reconciliation and reportingStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEffective communication skills for working with internal teams and customers SF-CPGAR-PY_1769713270 To Apply for this Job Click Here
