Senior Accountant - Consolidations | Philadelphia, PA

Our client, a publicly traded company in Philadelphia, is seeking a Senior Accountant to support corporate accounting with a strong focus on financial consolidations and reporting. This role will be instrumental in the month-end close process and ensuring accurate consolidated financial statements in a fast-paced, SEC-reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements

Perform intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and consolidation entries

Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations

Analyze financial results and variances across entities

Support internal and external audits

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a public company

Hands-on consolidations experience required

Strong Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

CPA or CPA-track preferred
