A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Senior Accountant at Ophir Japan Ltd., you will partner with Finance to manage various financial matters. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Regional Controller at MKS Japan.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Develops, implements and/or maintains one or a combination of general accounting systems
• Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts
• Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions
• Performs accounts receivable duties
• Performs accounts payable duties
• Balances books periodically and prepares profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements
• Maintains receipts and disbursement reports
• May prepare federal, state and local reports and tax returns
• May interpret reports and records for managers
Skills You Bring:
• Working Experience with multinational company and reporting experience to head office
• Experience of Forecasting, Budgeting, Actual / Forecast variance analysis on Cost, OPEX, Revenue and etc.
• Good communication skills both in Japanese and English, speaking and writing
• Advanced MS software , ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• ERP experience, SAP and /or Oracle, Datawarehouse
Preferred Skills:
• CPA
• HFM, Coupa
• SOX Control experience
