Our client, a rapidly growing leader in equipment lifecycle management, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their headquarters team in Woonsocket, RI. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the financial accuracy and operational effectiveness of the organization. Responsibilities include:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processesPrepare and analyze financial statements and management reportsMaintain the general ledger and oversee account reconciliationsSupport budgeting and forecasting initiativesAnalyze inventory, asset sales, and cost trends tied to equipment lifecycle activitiesAssist with audits and ensure GAAP complianceIdentify process improvements in accounting workflowsCollaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and leadership teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–6+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and month‑end closeProficiency with accounting systems and ExcelExperience in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, logistics, or asset‑heavy businesses a plusAbility to work on‑site in Woonsocket, RIStrong communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindsetJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woonsocket, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
