The Senior Accountant is tasked with executing essential accounting responsibilities, such as account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and financial reporting. Additionally, this position will directly oversee a full-time Staff Accountant, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.

This role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial transaction records by reconciling accounts and posting entries for both RBDC and RB Records. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the VP of Finance for RB Records, the RBNA accounting team, the RBDC operations team, the tax department, and the RBDC controlling team. Furthermore, this position requires direct interaction with external auditors from Ernst & Young.
