Senior Accountant
Job Title: Senior AccountantJob Description The Senior Accountant will perform all bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and prepaid accounting, collaborating with FP&A on cash flow analysis. You will handle percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting for services and manage intercompany services and transactions. The role includes supporting accounting for manufacturing and drop-ship operations, overseeing accounting for three entities within the organization, and preparing and maintaining financial records to ensure accurate ledger entries. Responsibilities + Reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger, including net assets, payroll, and liabilities. + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. + Prepare complex financial reports and analyze costs, revenues, and commitments. + Predict future revenues and expenses based on financial data. Essential Skills + ERP systems + Accounting and reconciliation + General ledger management + Month-end closing processes + Team collaboration + Strong grasp of accounting principles + Ability to handle multiple systems including ERP, CRM, and QuickBooks Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing + Strong teamwork and collaboration skills + Analytical skills for financial forecasting + CPA credentials (preferred) + Experience with job costing and project accounting + Familiarity with NetSuite ERP + Industry experience in manufacturing and facilities + Data center equipment build experience Work Environment Enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work 2-3 days a week in the office. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $40.86/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
