**Senior Accountant** _Frederick, MD | Hybrid | Direct Hire_ Join our dynamic client’s team as a _Senior Staff Accountant_ and lead financial operations for a portfolio of hotels. You’ll manage monthly closings, financial reporting, investor distributions, strategic planning, and partner closely with Operations and Executive teams. This role blends accounting leadership with hands-on hotel and cash portfolio management. **In this role you will:** + Own financial reporting and close processes for multiple hotels + Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash distribution cycles + Support investor communications and executive reporting + Mentor junior staff and support cross-functional teams + Collaborate on hotel construction, loan compliance, and operations strategy **Well qualified candidates will bring:** + A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) + 6+ years of relevant experience; hospitality or public accounting a plus + Strong Excel and financial systems skills (M3 a bonus) + Clear communicator and trusted business partner **This job comes with:** + A base salary of $120k-$135k + Opportunity for hybrid work after 90 days + A comprehensive benefits package,including health & dental; 401-k & match; PTO, sick days and a gym membership Apply today to learn more about our client that values leadership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
