Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a particular focus on NetSuite and audit processes. You will play a vital role in generating reports, preparing financial statements, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate reports for audit requests using NetSuite.Research journals, invoices, and other requests as needed.Prepare excel reports and exhibits based on data from NetSuite.Develop new queries to support audit and due diligence requests.Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including preparing BSR assignment logs.Create new reports to provide actual balances at each month-end and assign tasks to preparers.Support the preparation of simple, low complexity BSRs.Rollover monthly files to initiate the new month.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounting principles, including general ledger management, month-end processes, and reconciliations.Experience with journal entries, accounts receivable, balance sheet management, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.Understanding of accrual accounting and financial statement preparation.Ability to generate and interpret financial reports and perform audits.Strong skills in Excel, including pivot table creation.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
