Senior Accountant

\n\t\t\t\t\t

-Support the accounting team in financial close processes, monthly reporting, and analysis.\n-Assist with cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.\n-Monitor CIP and manage fixed asset records, including additions and disposals.\n-Record and track depreciation schedules.\n-Maintain and review property tax documentation.\n-Process payroll entries and ensure accurate record-keeping.\n-Calculate and record commission payments.\n-Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.\n-Conduct account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.\n-Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

•\tBachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required\n•\tIntermediate to advanced Excel is necessary\n•\tAt least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting is desired\n•\tEquivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted\n•\tMAS500 experience is preferred\n•\tStrong GAAP experience necessary\n•\tPrior accounting experience is desired\n•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n•\tExcellent organizational skills\n•\tAble to maintain a high degree of confidentiality\n•\tAble to handle multiple high priority projects with accuracy\n•\tDelivers quality results in a fast paced, deadline driven environment\n•\tGoal oriented, high-energy self-starter

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.00/hr.
