Senior Accountant
Senior Accountant!Responsibilities: + Manage and maintain the general ledger for multiple entities. + Prepare and post journal entries, including adjustments and accruals. + Perform account and bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. + Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant fluctuations. + Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets. + Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews. + Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns. + Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. + Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: + Strong knowledge of general ledger management. + Expertise in reconciliation processes. + Proficiency in month-end procedures and journal entries. + Ability to prepare financial statements and perform financial reporting. + Experience with QuickBooks Online. + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. + 3+ years of accounting experience including GL, journal entries, bank/account reconciliations, and income/financial statements. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
