Job Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries. Maintain and improve the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and streamline processes. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions and improve financial performance. Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the accounting department.Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.Handle month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.Maintain and improve the NetSuite ERP system for data integrity and efficiency.Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.Provide financial analysis and insights for strategic business decisions.Coordinate and manage external audits for timely and accurate completion.Essential SkillsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Sr. or supervisory role.Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP system.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work EnvironmentCorporate headquarters setting.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
