We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager - Large & Complex.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to lead service and retention of assigned accounts with designated Producers. This role requires a moderate degree of independent discretion and decision-making based on industry knowledge and experience. Incumbent will provide guidance and service to clients, by developing professional and collaborative relationships with carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues.
Ideal candidate will have experience servicing large middle market accounts. Primary responsibilities include:
Effectively manage a book of large clients with a minimum book size of $1M in revenueDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that all service needs are metWork collaboratively with designated producers, Marketing, and other HUB colleaguesReview and analyze accounts for coverage, limits, and make appropriate recommendationsReview all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracyComplete loss/claim analysis and summariesHandle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, certificates, and new policiesPrepare client proposals based on clients’ needs, rates, and coveragesMaintain the accuracy of data in the agency management systemKeep informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to project objectivesMaintain an understanding of the markets and their appetites, submitting and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in an account management or underwriting role preferred;Experience with real estate accounts preferredExceptional customer service skills;Strong data entry skills;Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with othersProficient in Microsoft Office products & internet utilizationApplied Agency Management System experience preferred but not requiredCurrently licensed in good standingThe expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
