Overall Purpose: To oversee all aspects of eCommerce dealer accounts, including Marketing, Operations, Compensation, and Disputes, while managing high-value relationships and driving significant revenue growth through strategic initiatives and productive partnerships.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Leadership and Coordination: Provide overarching leadership for all eComm dealer accounts, focusing on high-value and complex relationships, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives across departments.
• Program Development and Collaboration: Develop and implement programs to drive business growth and profitability, collaborating with various teams to create supportive policies, tools, and programs.
• Contract and Legal Management: Lead the negotiation of complex agreements and work with the legal department to finalize compliant legal documents.
• Performance and Revenue Management: Drive significant revenue growth by managing dealer relationships, delivering accurate forecasts, and conducting regular operational reviews to optimize performance metrics.

Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages mid-size to large, complex sales with moderate supervision. Responsible for an average quota or territory. Utilizes advanced data analysis, creative problem-solving, and exercises judgment. Leads presentations and mentors less experienced peers. If the sales career path includes multiple positions at the I09 level, the more senior role entails higher sales targets, broader scope, and greater complexity.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of sales related experience.
