Job Description:

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitable UPS revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing business within their assigned accounts, in the key non-country wide customer segment. He/She analyzes customers’ current supply chain needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers’ requests.
 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our sales team in Brussels. This is a senior-level role responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers while also developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of customers (approximately 50%)

Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities (approximately 50%)

Build, manage, and continuously develop a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

Develop strong, long-term relationships with international B2B customers

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM tools (Salesforce)

Demonstrate a hands-on, autonomous approach to account management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

2 years of experience in the logistics sector or Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales

Proven experience in customer retention, conversion, and new business development

Strong hunter mindset with a results-driven approach

Ability to manage complex information and multiple priorities

High level of autonomy and accountability
 

Language Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)

French is a strong plus

Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders

Comfortable working independently and within a diverse team environment

Compensation & Benefits:
