About the team
The International Customer Care team owns a diverse portfolio of systems – Customer Care Application, Chatbot, Voicebot, Customer Communication, Help & Feedback. These applications ensure that Walmart's customers always get quick and efficient resolution of their issues and their queries are handled promptly and accurately, round-the-clock support, allowing customers to get help anytime they need it, without waiting for business hours. Together, these systems create a cohesive and positive customer experience, leading to higher satisfaction and loyalty.
We are building a nextgen tools for customer support and implementing GenAI to help customer with context.
What You’ll Do
Drive the growth on GenAI Customer care initiativesUnderstand business problems and suggest technology solutions.Architect, design, build and deploy technology solutions at scaleRaise the bar on sustainable engineering by improving best practices, producing best in class of code, documentation, testing and monitoring.Estimate effort, identify risks and plan execution.Mentor/coach junior engineers in the team to facilitate their development and to provide technical leadership to themTaking ownership of end to end delivery monitoring and making sure you are able to delegateWhat You’ll bring
8+ years of experience in design and development of highly -scalable applications development in product based companies or R&D divisions.Strong computer systems fundamentals, DS/Algorithms and problem-solving skills3+ years of experience building microservices using Node JSStrong experience with No-SQL and database technologiesExperience in systems design and distributed systems.Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skillsExperience building chatbot using GenAI has added advantageExperience in Prompt engineering to improve customer experience has added advantageMinimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
