Senior, Data Analyst - Transportation Planning
Position Summary...

What you'll do...

About the Role: Join our Transportation Planning organization as a key member of the team reporting to the Sr Manager of Transportation Capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of Data Analysts to develop, enhance, and maintain capacity capabilities across our networks. You’ll work closely with the forecasting team to understand transportation workload needs based on updated demand signals, and then create and communicate capacity plans for each network and region.

What You'll Do:

Develop, enhance, and maintain capacity plans using operational feedback and data analysis.Strategize and identify innovative solutions to optimize capacity and drive the next big thing in transportation.Partner with data science teams to develop best-in-class capabilities for defect identification, root cause analysis, and case management.Deliver actionable insights through database management, scorecard development, reporting, and data visualization.Communicate complex technical topics clearly to Operations and business partners, ensuring plans are understood and actionable.Build strong relationships with Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders to drive influence and business results.

You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If You Have:

Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to Operations teams and express complex technical topics clearly.Proficiency in SQL, GCP, Tableau, and Microsoft Suite.Experience in synthesizing, visualizing, and storytelling with data.Transportation industry knowledge.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.A strategic mindset and a passion for seeking out innovative solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
