Position Summary...Join Walmart’s Global Governance organization as a Senior Data Analyst supporting the Health and Wellness External and Internal Diversion teams within Global Investigations. In this role, you’ll be part of the IROCC—our analytics center of excellence—where you’ll deliver impactful insights that support joint investigations and regulatory compliance reporting.What you'll do...Use tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau Prep, Dataiku, and BigQuery to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets.Build dynamic dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of Investigators, Legal, and Health & Wellness Compliance teams.Partner with investigators to provide data-driven support for joint cases involving internal and external diversion.Collaborate with fellow analysts in the IROCC to drive innovation and cross-functional insights.
What you'll bring:
Have 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience and are comfortable working with large, complex datasets.Experience leveraging AI to enhance analytics workflows, including the design and deployment of AI agents or autonomous systems for data-driven decision-making and process automation.Possess strong data visualization skills, particularly in Power BI.Are skilled in Big Data tools like Python or Google BigQuery.Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, and Investigations.Are naturally curious, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.Have a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in statistics and advanced analytics.Bonus points for:

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
