Semiconductor Production Operator
**Job Overview** Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a Semiconductor Production Operator, where you’ll play a vital role in the assembly and manufacturing of high-precision semiconductor components. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate automated machinery, inspect products for quality, and help ensure production targets are met in a cleanroom environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a smaller, less automated fab where your contributions truly make a difference. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform detailed assembly operations on components, sub-assemblies, and final products. + Operate a variety of automated production machines with precision and care. + Monitor and track production output to ensure daily and weekly quotas are achieved. + Conduct inspections to verify product quality against strict tolerances and specifications. + Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. + Maintain accurate records and follow cleanroom protocols. + Support additional production tasks as assigned. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1–2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or cleanroom environment. + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. + Familiarity with microscopes and small-part assembly. + Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus. + Willingness to learn and adapt—training is provided for candidates without prior semiconductor experience. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a close-knit team in a smaller, hands-on fab environment. + Gain exposure to multiple aspects of semiconductor production. + Enjoy opportunities for growth and skill development in a less automated setting. + Direct placement opportunity with long-term potential. **Work Environment & Shifts** + Climate-controlled cleanroom environment. + Available shifts: + A Shift – Days:Sun, Mon, Tue, every other Wed (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) + C Shift – Days:Thu, Fri, Sat, every other Wed (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) + D Shift – Nights:Wed, Thu, Fri, every other Sat (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37000.00 - $42000.00/yr. 401, vacation, holiday, good culture, small environment **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Allen,TX. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Jun 30, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
