Job Title: Selective Solder Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Selective Solder Technician to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating selective solder machines and testers, as well as applying RTV coating to circuit boards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently at a fast pace.

ResponsibilitiesLoad boards into selective solder machines and testers.Operate machinery by pushing buttons to initiate processes.Unload finished boards from machines.Apply RTV coating to circuit boards.Ensure quality and precision in each task.Essential SkillsExperience with assembly line work and the use of hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints related to electronic manufacturing.Proficiency in circuit board assembly and electronic testing.Familiarity with SMT or AOI assembly processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral labor experience with a focus on electronics.Knowledge of tape measure usage.Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment

This role is based in a production facility during first shift hours and involves working with various electronic manufacturing equipment. The dress code requires appropriate attire for a manufacturing setting, and candidates should be prepared to handle the physical demands of assembly line work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
