**Job Title: Sediment & Erosion Specialist** **Job Description** Analyze project plans, specifications, and relevant documents to identify scope and associated requirements. Develop cost estimates for projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs. Utilize spreadsheets and templates to build project estimates, collaborating with project managers and subcontractors for accuracy. Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and project managers, maintaining accurate records of all estimates and related documentation. **Responsibilities** + Analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant data to determine time, labor, materials, and resources needed. + Accurately perform Erosion and Sediment Control and landscaping take-offs. + Develop comprehensive cost estimates in collaboration with project managers. + Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and project managers. + Maintain accurate records of all cost estimates and related documentation. **Essential Skills** + 10 years of experience in Erosion and Sediment Control, construction, or a related estimating field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools. + Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, highway construction, sediment, erosion, and landscaping. + Skill in blueprint reading and operating heavy equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that leads the Construction & Land Development Industry with outstanding service and high-quality performance, emphasizing safety and responsibility.
