**Position -** **Security TPM** **Redmond, WA (Hybrid - No remotehiring)** **FTE w/benefits** **Core TPM Responsibilities:** + **Program Leadership &Governance** + Drive cross-functionalprograms ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and privacyrequirements. + Lead governanceinitiatives for data platforms, embedding secure-by-design/defaultprinciples across engineering workflows. + Lead cross-functionalinitiatives between Data Platform, Data Security and Privacy &Compliance to achieve Various SFI Compliance like ISO, NGP, andBCDR etc. + **Security &Compliance Integration** + Partner with Security,Compliance, and Privacy teams to enforce regulatory alignment and secureaccess controls. + Coordinate metadatagovernance and Purview onboarding for data catalog enhancements. + **Risk Management &Trust** + Proactively identifyand mitigate risks related to data security and trust. + Drive >98%compliance with security frameworks and ensure robust risk managementacross marketing data and infrastructure. + **Technical ProgramExecution** + Orchestrate delivery ofcomplex technical solutions across multiple feature areas. + Define successcriteria, track schedules, and lead governance programs for large-scaledata engineering initiatives. + Stakeholder Engagement& Collaboration. + Prepare and presentstrategic decks, walking decks, and roadmap summaries for leadership andcross-functional teams. **Key Competencies/Skill Set** + Strong understanding of data platform architecture,security frameworks, and compliance standards. + Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, andleadership teams to align platform goals with business needs. + Skilled in driving automation-first delivery andoperational efficiency. + Strong foundation inObject-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) concepts. + Proficiency in C#,Python, and Scala, with hands-on experience in data interchange formats(JSON, YAML). + Strong proficiency inAzure DevOps (ADO). + Solid understanding ofCI/CD and DevOps processes. + Knowledge of DataClassification & Glossary Management, and Backup & RecoveryPlanning. **Strategic Impact** + Enable **trusted, responsive, and secure data** formarketing transformation. + Support unified data governance and measurement toincrease data trust and operationalize scaled marketing programs **Education:** + Bachelor-sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems,Business Administration, or a related field. **Life at Sogeti:** Sogeti supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
