Your Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations and personnel

Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and coverage for assigned sites

Act as the primary point of contact for on-site teams and management

Monitor operational workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance

Maintain accurate reports, logs, and operational documentation

Support onboarding, training, and performance accountability

Respond to operational issues, incidents, and time-sensitive needs

Deliver exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma or GED required

Authorized to work in the United States

Prior supervisory or logistics experience preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation required, clean driving record

Experience in security, logistics, operations, military, or related fields is a plus
