What We Offer + Weekly Pay – Your hard work is rewarded quickly + Competitive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, and more + Flexible Schedules – Because work-life balance matters + 401(k) Program – Invest in your future + Easy Online Application Process – Get started in minutes Site Manager Responsibilities + Provide on-site leadership and direction to all assigned security personnel + Serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and client site management + Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of supervisors and officers + Ensure compliance with client-specific performance metrics and site requirements + Enforce and execute Metro One policies, programs, and reporting protocols + Meet internal KPIs related to staffing, scheduling efficiency, expense control, and reporting accuracy + Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and Metro One leadership + Maintain professional and consistent communication protocols with all stakeholders + Promote a service-first culture that consistently exceeds client expectations + Ensure proper maintenance and operation of patrol vehicles and security equipment + Execute emergency response procedures and other site-specific directives as required Qualifications & Requirements + Prior experience in security site management, logistics security, or a related field required + MUST be fluent in Spanish + Proven leadership experience managing teams of security professionals + Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills + Excellent organizational and administrative abilities + Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed + Professional demeanor with the ability to interface effectively with clients and internal teams + Proficiency in report writing, scheduling systems, and security technology is a plus Why Metro One?
