### Job Duties Pathfinder Village is seeking a Security Patrol Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the safety, security, and order of Pathfinder Village, including leading patrol operations, coordinating the security team, responding to incidents, and ensuring that guests, staff, and property are always protected. The Patrol Lead acts as the primary on-site security authority and liaison with management and emergency services. Key Responsibilities • Leadership & Team Coordination o Supervise, train, schedule, and support security patrol staff. o Provide guidance and direction to the team during routine operations and emergency situations. o Conduct briefings and debriefings to communicate updates, safety concerns, and daily priorities. o Ensure all patrol officers properly document rounds, incidents, and observations. • Patrol & Surveillance o Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols of Pathfinder Village’s common grounds, facilities, and perimeter areas. o Monitor activity for suspicious behavior, safety hazards, unauthorized vehicles, and policy violations. • Guest Interaction & Customer Service o Serve as a visible, approachable presence for park guests. o Assist guests with questions related to park policies, safety, and general information. o Resolve guest conflicts or complaints involving rules or security matters, escalating as needed. • Safety & Incident Response o Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, medical situations, disturbances, and alarms. o Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire, EMS, and Park Management during incidents. o Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and documentation. • Policy Enforcement o Ensure compliance with park rules, quiet hours, registration/parking requirements, and safety policies. o Address violations calmly and professionally, escalating when needed. • Property Protection o Inspect park property, facilities, and equipment for damage, hazards, or maintenance issues. o Secure buildings, gates, and restricted areas. o Report risk factors or vulnerabilities promptly.
