Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders.Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or property concerns to the appropriate contacts using required reporting procedures.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting law enforcement, fire, and/or medical responders when appropriate.Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, and communicate key information during shift handoff to support continuity of operations.Minimum Requirements:
